Absolutely Superb Stay!

helpful staff excellent breakfast

I found the staff members helpful. Their attentiveness and kindness stood out to me. The morning continental breakfast was excellent, boasting a huge spread of offerings. Mid-day treats were available . Free wine was available in the evening on a rooftop seating area with a wonderful view of the harbor.

The shower tended to flood the entire bathroom after a minute. I noticed mold in the shower and somewhat sloppy cleaning. I believe improvements in these areas are necessary.

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the city center. This makes it very convenient to explore local attractions. The location provides easy access to shops and historical sites.

The room was clean and very silent at all times. I enjoyed having a speaker in the room for music. It was great to relax after long days of exploring. The room features a coffee machine and tea available at any time.

Breakfast offered quite a few different options. I found many fresh fruits and delicious pastries. Good coffee was always available, this made for a perfect start to my days.

threadbare towels mould stains

the breakfast had a good variety.

The staff asked me to check out early upon arrival. some of the towels were threadbare with holes. the bathroom was clean. the silicon and grout looked like it had old mould stains in it.

The staff was helpful and friendly. i appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. i really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It offered amazing views! the location was also fantastic. I could easily walk to many attractions.

the bathroom in my room was a bit small, slightly inconvenient.

the front desk staff offered quick assistance with directions. the staff also provided recommendations for local restaurants. housekeeping ensured rooms were super clean daily. they are AMAZING!!!

the hotel is close to the city center, about a 15-minute walk. it is located in a quiet side street, away from the main tourist areas. several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

the breakfast included a great selection of items. the staff were friendly and helpful to guests. the location provided a convenient access point to various attractions.

the bathroom showed noticeable wear and tear. i found the towels were not in good condition. the toilet paper quality was not satisfactory.
